7:00AM - 7:30AM: Koopas get up to go to work.

7:30AM - 7:45AM: Koopas walk over to Bowser's Castle to begin work.

7:45AM - 8:00PM: While Bowser fails at another plan to kidnap Peach, the Koopas work.

8:30PM: Koopas sleep to do it again.
