Sometimes, even if the student has completed the Exam questions independently, there could be instances when they struggle in the 'Challenge slide'. This should be expected and we as tutors should be prepared for this.

In the clip,
The student was provided with sufficient time to answer the question. This helped the tutor to identify the exact student misconception.
The tutor gave simple and clear explanations. Bar diagram was used to explain the extra question on the slide.
The main question was not explained but the extra question was. This provided the student with the opportunity of applying what she learnt.
