The histogram graph is used under certain conditions. They are:
The data should be numerical.
A histogram is used to check the shape of the data distribution.
Used to check whether the process changes from one period to another.
Used to determine whether the output is different when it involves two or more processes.
Used to analyse whether the given process meets the customer requirements.
When to Use Histogram?
6
The diagram is perfectly symmetric if the right half portion of the image is similar to the left half. The histograms that are not symmetric are known as skewed.
1. Uniform Histogram: uniform distribution reveals that the number of classes is too small, and each class has the same number of elements. It may involve distribution that has several peaks.
2.Bimodality occurs when the data set has observations on two different kinds of individuals or combined groups if the centers of the two separate histograms are far enough to the variability in both the data sets.

I can Interpret the data from the graph

Observe that, here we have represented the groups of observations (i.e., class interval) on the horizontal axis. The height of the bars show the frequency of the class-interval.
Also, there is no gap between the bars as there is no gap between the class-intervals.
The graphical representation of data in this manner is called a histogram.
The following graph is another histogram

Watch the video on phoenix - how to create histogram and do the two questions on your graph paper.
Post your histogram on teams chat.
I can Create an histogram from the given data.
10
The frequency in the figure is 1 and in the table is 6. Why?
Question for the day:
11
Each class, or category, is not equally sized, which is typical in a histogram question. This is called unequal class intervals.
To draw a histogram for this information, first find the class width of each category. The area of the bar represents the frequency, so to find the height of the bar, divide frequency by the class width. This is called frequency density.
