It is practiced in human-made tracks or in snow mountains almost with no or without obstacles like: trees, rocks, forest. People also practice in mountains that has small cliffs, so they can jump over the cliff.

The place where it is practiced the most is in Czech Republic, it is a very good place for doing skies and snowboarding because there are many mountains and in winter they are full of snow, also there are the Krkonoše mountains where in every winter the snow is perfect so it has the perfect conditions.

How is it practiced nowadays?
The sport nowadays is practiced in zones that cant be an avalanche, it can also be seen with skying. There era also human-made pitches for the sport, there normaly ocures racings of snowboarding and they are heavily detailed for the snowboarders to jump and be very very fast.

Terje Håkonsen born 11 October 1974 in Vinje, Norway. He is considered one of the most influential snowboarders at the time. He won the snowboarding freestyle competitions in the decade of 1990. He also won the International Snowboarding Federation (ISF) World Championship three times (1993, 1995 and 1997) and he won the European Championship all the times that he participated (1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1997).

The helment is very important in every extreme sport that happen on land,
because it can save you life, there are even more models of snowboarding, but the model is the most recomendable.

They will keep your hand warm wile snowboarding, the low temperatures, obviously combinated with the wind and the snow that attaches to you wile drifting are a cold and wet mixture.

these are for the snow, they keep you warm wile you are snowboarding, they can also be replaced with normal snow pants and jackets but the snowboarding ones are the best option.

Pay attention to warning signs such as "Slow skiing area" and "Caution."
Before you start down a hill or merge onto a trail, look uphill to
make sure no one is coming toward you.
Know which slopes are right for your skill level and snowboard only on those.
Don't snowboard alone.
Stay on marked paths and never go past the snowboard area boundary or into a closed area.
