  • not complete any work which is your responsibility, including answering examination questions; discussing or reviewing take-home examinations; reviewing or revising papers; completing class assignments, art projects, laboratory experiments, or computer programs; or any other work for which the student receives grades

  • I MAY NOT bring old notes, exams, study guides or other class materials into tutoring sessions. 

  • If you need writing assistance, you must schedule an appointment at the Writing Studio or with a writing tutor.

  • Protocol for running late for the session (For both tutor and student)

    • Email and copy Kalista and Max…tutors should email or text if after 5pm

      Both tutors and students should provide as much notice as possible

  • Protocol for cancelling a session (For both tutor and student)

    • Email by 11:59pm the day prior to the appointment

      Tutor must submit a report if you cancel after this time

      If you cancel within 2 hours of the appointment, it will count as a missed session and you will be charged for a 1 hour session after your second miss.

o   All in-person tutoring must be scheduled Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm, Fri 8am-5pm, and Sundays 4-8pm.  Virtually tutoring must end by 10pm.

o   Do not bring students to the session that have not officially requested and been assigned.

o   All virtual sessions will be recorded.  Please acknowledge that you are comfortable with this.

o   At the end of each session, I will confirm with you the date of our next appointment and record this in my tutor report.  Let me know at this time if you need to change the date of the appointment or cancel due to travel, an exam, or any other situation.
