​The simple present tense is a tense expressing of unchanging situation,habitual action, general truth, and fixed arrangements (pengaturan tetap)

Simple Present Tense

​1. Habitual Action/ For Habits

​Expressing the habitual action or expressing something do regularly

every day, every week, every month, often, usually, sometimes,

• She often drinks coffee in the morning.

• She gets physics every Friday

 2. Repeated actions or events.

Menyatakan suatu tindakan atau peristiwa yang terjadi secara berulang, tetapi tidak teratur.

Example: ​

​We drive to Bogor Every Saturday

I often have dinner at Pelangi Cafe​

 3.For General Truths.

Menyatakan suatu tindakan yang sudah diketahui secara umum dan benar-benar terjadi.

• Lions are carnivorous animals.

• Sugar is sweet.

• a week has seven days

4. Expressing of instructions or directions

• Don't smoke in this area.

• Put sugar in the pan.

  5. For fixed arrangements

  • Her father arrives tomorrow.

  • My holiday starts on the 30th March.

  6. Menyatakan suatu tindakan atau peristiwa yang akan terjadi atau di waktu mendatang.

  • They will see you before they leave. (Mereka akan melihatmu sebelum mereka pergi.)

  • I will go to the library tomorrow. (Saya akan pergi ke perpustakaan besok.)
