Quels sont les conseils donnés aux candidats ?

• Make clear that you want to work for this company and have the relevant skills to perform the work.

• Show the interviewer that you have got the skills and the experience to do the job. Make sure to give examples.

• It's important to remain positive in the answer concerning your reasons to leave your former job. Don't say anything negative about your past employer.

• We all have weaknesses. Show the employer what you did to overcome one of yours.

• Do not prepare questions, let the interview flow naturally
