Poetry terms to know
These are new words we will use in poetry:
rhyme: when a word, syllable, or line end with the same sound
rhyme scheme: the pattern of rhyme a poems uses, usually noted by using letters (aabc, aabb, abcabc,)
stanza: similar to a paragraph in prose
lines: similar to a sentence in prose
