Definitions:

Proportional Equation: A proportional equation is of the form y = kx where k is the constant of proportionality.

Equation of a line with y-intercept at the origin: The equation of a line when the y intercept is the origin (0,0) is y = mx.​

Rate of Change: Another name for slope.
