2. I don't have enough money, so I can't buy iPhone 13.

   ​→ If I had enough money, I could buy iPhone 13.

3. Because I am alergic(過敏), I won't adopt a cat.

   → ​If I weren't alergic, I would adopt a cat.

   → ​If I weren't older than you, I would ask you out on a date.

遇到be動詞一律用 were!

後半句則要用過去式助動詞搭配原形動詞​
