The wellbeing of children and their families is framed by and through legislation and policy. The Graduate Professional needs to be aware of International and National legislation and analyse the implications for this for pedagogical practice. This requires reflective thought and leading, modelling and evaluating practice with and for young children identifying how working from a social justice perspective the needs of all children are meet.
