....sou desu

🌟 The Function of ~そうです & When NOT to Use It 🚫

The
~そうです (sou desu) form is used when you are guessing or making an assumption about someone based on their appearance, behavior, or situation. ; looks...., seems ......

✅ When You CAN Use ~

(Tanoshisou desu.)
"It looks fun!" 🎢

(Kanashisou desu.)
"They look sad." 😢

(Oishisou desu ne!)
"That looks delicious!" 🍰✨

📌
Key Rule: You are guessing, based on what you see, how they act or behave.

🚫 When You CANNOT Use ~

(Kawaisou desu)
"You look cute."
(Kireisou desu)
"You look beautiful."
(Osharesou desu)
"You look fashionable."

📌 Key Rule: These sentences sound unnatural because you're stating something obvious (based on your observation), not making a guess.
