Definition of Adverb
Adverbs are words used to describe adjectives, adverbs, verbs, and sentences. The use of this adverb can be exemplified by the sentences below.
She is extremely strange.
Extremely (adverb) describe strange (adjective), forming the phrase "very strange"
Fortunately, he is rich.
Fortunately (adverb) explains the sentence he is rich (sentence).

Types and Examples of Adverbs
Adverb of Place and Direction (Expresses the place and direction) [Where something is done or is]. word : here, there, outside, inside ...
phrase : in that school, beside the mosque, on the desk, ...
Example : A very smart girl is sitting there.
Adverb of Manner (An adverb that shows the way (how something is done))
word : fast, slow, hard, express, quick, fluently (fluent + ly)
phrase : by car / by bus, by heart, on foot, ...
Example : We must study hard | I came here on foot
