I believe Quizizz had a better work place culture before than it does today​

Concerns raised -

  • Issues with connectivity & Communication

  • Work feels less fun & workload has increased

  • Because the roles are not well defined, execution takes much longer & too many layers for approval​

  • Huge USA - India gap​

  • ​Newer hires seem to care less about the product & lack the same values we have

I believe we moved faster as an org than we do today

  • Too many decision makes

  • ​Lack of roles and responsibilities

  • Overall lesser knowledge about the product within the org​

  • Pod vs core function mis-alignment​

  • Other than within senior management, not much context is shared​

I believe the my degree of commitment towards our work, was higher in the past than it is today

I believe that I have done my best to help the newer employees are secure and setup for success

  • Lots of times i have no context but still have to onboard someone​

  • Maybe we are being too accommodating sometimes? ​

  • Don't know where i am headed, no one talks about it - hardly any conversation about personal growth
