What is an indirect object?
The indirect object is the person who receives the direct object or the person that benefits from the action.
The preposition a / para is used before the indirect object

Where does it go?
The indirect object pronoun can take the place of the indirect object or be used together with it
It can be placed before the conjugated verb or can be attached to a command or infinitive

Indirect object pronouns are often used with the two verbs:
Dar- to give and Decir- to say/tell
