​The Generic Structure of Invitation

​1. Adresses of the addresser and the adressee

2. Salutation

3. Body:

• State for whom the invitation is and by who it is given

• Reason of invitation

• Date

• Time

• Place

• R.S.V.P (it is a French word –“repondez s’il vous plait” which means “please reply”)

4. Signature The format of the envelop for the invitation is addresed the same way at the envelope of a letter (i.e. with the recipient’s address in the middle of the envelope and addresser’s address on the left hand corner of the envelope).

​4. Tanda tangan Format amplop undangan ditujukan dengan cara yang sama pada amplop a surat (yaitu dengan alamat penerima di tengah amplop dan alamat penerima di pojok kiri amplop).
