​This exercise must have taught you that both the evaluator and the writer of concept papers have an important responsibility to arrive at a wise decision—to do, abandon, or delay a project.

​Any choice they make can have consequences for the people involved which is why they have to undergo this process.

​The concept paper you have read is focused on addressing environmental and economic concerns.

​The one you are writing, which is based on your proposed business, may target a different set of problems.

​Concept papers then are written to help people understand the costs and rewards that come with implementing a project.
