TOO = ​We use it before an adjective. Ex: The exam was too complicated.

TOO MUCH = ​We use it before an uncountable noun. Ex: There is too much noise.

TOO MANY = We use it before a countable noun. ​Ex: There are too many students.

ENOUGH = We use it after an adjective. Ex: It isn't cold enough to wear a scarf.
