motivated in different ways

The messages are very similar, they are delivered in different ways. This is because both managers are experienced and know their players and the approach that is most beneficial for that group. Pep knows he needs to be calm and empower the players - he is working with the best players in the world who are very knowledgable. Whereas Warnock knows he has to fire his players up and motivate them to fight for everything, as they are not the top players in the league. "You've got to die for 3 points".

​Note - Neil Warnock has been promoted from the Championship to the Premier League more than any other manager ever.
