Types of systemic racism

​There are 3 Types of systemic racism

Institutional racism: Rules and practices that reinforce racist rules in workplaces and/or organizations.

Ex: Discriminatory actions (such as hiring) against minorities in workplaces and/or organizations, lack of attention towards BIPOC, and prioritizing Whites over BIPOC in terms of POV.

Interpersonal racism: Acts of racism between two individuals.

Ex: Discrimination from people in higher positions (managers, bosses, principal, etc.) and racial slurs.

Internalized racism: Racist thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Ex: Stereotypes, denying minorities good paying jobs, access to healthcare, and EVEN denying that racism exists.
