Pronoun and Antecedent Agreement

An antecedent is a noun to which the pronoun refers.

antecedent- think comes before the pronoun.

They must agree

Pronouns and antecedents must agree in number.

So singular noun = a singular pronoun.

Henry = He

Plural noun = plural pronoun

Haley and Henry = They
