John Jacobson, 81, was diagnosed with alzheimer's 5 years ago. John has been living with his son, Günter, and Günter’s wife, Brunhilda, for the last 2 years since the time of his diagnosis. However, as of late Günter and Brunhilda are beginning to disagree over the continuous care of John. During your last call with Günter, you, the home nurse, are asked to discuss options/recommendations regarding continued care of John.
