means to help guide them
through life.
Such as religion, stoicism
philosophy, organising
priorities and role models.

Stoicism basically means....
In short, positive behavior leads towards a more positive life
experience. And, negative behavior resulted in a more challenging
one.
It’s a philosophy of life that maximises positive emotions, reduces
negative emotions and helps individuals to hone their virtues of
character.
What can you do to be more stoic?

useful life skill.
It helps you decide on priorities
and to complete the most
important and the most urgent
tasks first, taking into
consideration your wellbeing
and needs.

creating a list, can be helpful
when trying to prioritise
workload and expectations.
