What is a Goal?

• It is desired result or possible outcome you work toward.

• It is something a person wants to do in the future.

• In order to achieve a goal, the person must make a plan & work hard to achieve the goal.

Having good time management skills is critical to be able to reach your goals, whether they are short, intermediate or long term goals.

Types of Goals

​Short-Term Goal-

is something you want to do/accomplish in the near future or soon!

is a goal that usually takes three to six months or up to 12 months to accomplish.
