An introduction to descriptive words

an adjective is a word used to describe a NOUN or PRONOUN to give it a more specific meaning.

an adjective clarifies the meaning of a noun or pronoun by providing information about its appearance, location, and so on. ​

an adjective answers one of four questions: What kind? Which one? How many? How much?​
