"Effective" berarti sesuatu yang berhasil mencapai tujuannya atau mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Ini berkaitan dengan hasil akhir yang dicapai, apakah tujuan itu berhasil dicapai atau tidak.

Efisien

"Efficient" berkaitan dengan bagaimana suatu tindakan dilakukan. Sesuatu yang "efficient" berarti melakukan tindakan tersebut dengan cara yang paling baik atau paling optimal dalam hal waktu, biaya, dan sumber daya yang diperlukan.
