Present Perfect
Is used to describe something that happened in the past but still has some relation to the present.
Sophia was in a car accident.
She has been in the hospital ever since.
She hasn't gone home yet.
Her friends have visited her.
She hasn't walked.

The ambulance took Sophia to the hospital.
The ambulance took her. She isn't in the ambulance anymore.
Sophia has been in the hospital.
Sophia arrived at the hospital and is there since.

To conjugate the verb tense, we need the verb 'have' as an auxiliary and the past participle of the main verb.
don't forget to conjugate correctly the auxiliary to each subject.
