The Emergency Vacation

In an unfortunate turn of events, it turns out that the entire Sales team have had to go to Martinique for an emergency vacation! Everyone from the BDRs to AEs to CSMs have disappeared! What's worse? We have a deal in the pipeline with a gas and electricity provider - Bionic!

Luckily for Dolead, we have identified YOU as the chosen one who can close and onboard this prospect. Although there are no sales team members available, you do have an assistant who has mysteriously appeared to help you along the way.

In this exercise, you will implement what you have learned in the other sessions (and your own knowledge) and then conduct a roleplay session with the client. His name is Tomas. This will take the form of a meeting with the client. Don't worry, you will not be alone and will be in teams of 3 (Or 4).

This exercise will involve two parts: Training and Roleplay

You have the ability to ask your assistant as many questions as you deem fit, provided that you have enough time to draft your answers
