State Variations

In MA, we do not process terminations either - this is for AUTO only. Other MA lines, we follow the termination process tab.

Massachusetts

We do not process terminations in Louisiana. It is a state law that requires us to obtain written consent for customer initiated terminations.

Auto only -- if not obtained other insurance - we have to inform the customer that they must turn in their vehicle plates before canceling.

North Carolina

Any other scenario other than the customer has secured other insurance, we first need to obtain the FS-6T receipt.

Are we allowed to terminate an auto policy if the customer has a Personal Umbrella Protection policy? If not, what are we supposed to do in this case?

Reinstatement Requests

Tenured Customer termed for Late/Non payment

We can request for reinstatement if the customer has had 10 or more years of continuous insurance w/ us or Castle Key. If not, it isn't eligible for reinstatement.
