Small States of Europe: the mini Olympics

• Organised by the Natioanl Olympic Committee

• Originally 8 nations in Europe participated

• The populations are of less than 1 million

​The GSSE Malta 2023 will take place in the city of Valletta, the capital of Malta.

​The event will take place on 28 May - 3 June 2023.

​There will be ten disciplines on the programme for the GSSE Malta 2023:

• Athletics

• Basketball

• Judo

• Rugby 7's

• Sailing

• Shooting

• Squash

• Swimming

• Table tennis

• Tennis

​The Games for the Small States of Europe feature a core of six individual sports and two team sports.
