Only certain verbs are irregular:
venir --> ven
decir --> di
salir --> sal
hacer --> haz
tener --> ten
ir --> ve
poner --> pon
ser --> sé
Irregular commands
Take the 3rd person singular form (él/ella/usted)
Doblar (to turn) --> dobla
Cruzar (to cross) --> cruza

Negative commands are used to tell someone directly what not to do. Negative commands take the opposite ending that they normally would:
Doblar--> no dobles (don't turn)
Manejar--> no manejes (don't drive)
Comer --> no comas (don't eat)

Irregulares
There are irregular negative commands that follow various patterns. For the irregular commands, it's important to remember the "yo" form in the normal present tense for the verb.

These verbs are pretty much irregular in every verb tense:
Ir--> voy--> no vayas
Ser--> soy--> no seas
And then there are -car, -gar, -zar verbs:
sacar--> no saques
pagar--> no pagues
cruzar--> no cruces
These change so the sound stays the same
Just plain irregular
Tener--> tengo --> no tengas
Hacer --> hago --> no hagas
Venir --> vengo --> no vengas
Poner --> pongo --> no pongas
Decir --> digo --> no digas
Salir --> salgo --> no salgas
