Barisan Aritmatika adalah
barisan yang memiliki beda atau
selisih tetap antara dua suku
yang berurutan.

Diketahui barisan aritmatika
3, 7, 11, 15, . . . 203 .
a. Tentukan suku tengah barisan

tersebut.

b. Suku ke berapakah suku tengah

tersebut.

Jawab

a. Suku tengah barisan tersebut adalah

𝑈𝑡 =1

2𝑎 + 𝑈𝑛 = 1

23 + 203 = 103

b. Berdasarkan rumus suku ke –n

𝑈𝑛 = 𝑎 + 𝑛 − 1 𝑏
103 = 3 + 𝑛 − 1 4
103 = 3 + 4𝑛 − 4

103 + 1 = 4𝑛

104 = 4𝑛

𝑛 = 26

Sisipan Barisan Aritmatika

Dengan :

𝒃 = 𝑼𝒏 − 𝒂

𝒔 + 𝟏

Jika suatu barisan aritmatika terdiri atas 𝒏 suku
barisan dan masing-masing suku barisan disisipkan 𝒔
suku sehingga terbentuk barisan aritmatika baru.
