Being a YouTube creator is a hard work

Conan Gray made his first YouTube video when he was 9 years old.  He said it was just an attempt to "connect with someone". At 18, Gray became famous for the song "Idle Town." The song was about his last year of high school in his small Texas town. "Idle Town" now has more than 8 million views on YouTube. 

Soon, Gray started college. He began hiring lawyers and managers to help him maintain his success. At first, he was "barely surviving," he said. " I was working from the second I woke up, had my 9:00 a.m. classes, worked all day until 4:00 in the morning." His managers told him he needed to make changes. Now he takes classes some days and works on his YouTube popularity on the others.
