This is part of the ear found on the
outside of the head - it is also called

the auricle.

These three bones are known

collectively as the ossicles and help to

amplify sound.

This is a thin sheet which vibrates when

sound hits it.

This is a tube which helps sound travel from
outside the ear - to the middle of the ear.

This is a spiral cavity of the inner ear

containing the organ of Corti, which

produces nerve impulses in response to

sound vibrations.

These are three tiny, fluid-filled tubes

in your inner ear that help you keep

your balance.

This is a small passageway that

connects your throat to your middle
