Brushing My Teeth:

  • We have to brush our teeth twice a day so that we can have a clean mouth and breath.

  • Here are the steps:

    • Wet toothbrush, put toothpaste on toothbrush, wet toothbrush again.

    • Hold your toothbrush at an angle to your gum line. Brush in a circular motion. Make sure you get your front teeth and back teeth.

    • Rinse off toothbrush, drink some water, and spit.

    • Put toothbrush back in toothbrush holder.
