Student Skill Pre-Requisites

• Student skill levels were over-estimated, and not quickly assessed with early formative assessments.

Skill-Building Activities

To address this challenge, I built in a set of hands-on skill-building activities and interactive review and assessment slides to help the students develop the necessary skills.

These were delivered in parallel with the course instruction, to advance through the material, and help those struggling.

• More "self-service" videos and review sheets, FAQs and more advanced multi-step processes broken down.

• Sharing! A library of content shared with other instructors in the same chain of classes.
