A subject pronoun performs the action in the sentence. It is the subject of the sentence.
A subject comes before any verbs in a sentence (except in a question).
Subject pronouns are I, you, he, she, it, we, they, and who.
Ex. I make cookies every Sunday.

An object pronoun receives the action in a sentence. It is the direct object, indirect object, or object of the preposition in a sentence.
Objects come after any verbs in a sentence.
Object pronouns are me, you, him, her, it, us, them, and whom.
Ex. Georgia handed him the paper.
