to seas influenced their need for trade and
independent city-states.

●What does Greece look like?

• Greece consists of peninsulas and many small
  islands that surround it.

• SEAS: Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, Ionian Sea

• Allowed Greece to fish, trade and travel
  with other city states

• MOUNTAINS: Mountains can be found all
  throughout Greece, making it difficult to develop
  as a whole, unified country.
