What is it?​

A two way table is a way to display frequencies or relative frequencies for two categorical variables. One category is represented by rows and a second category is represented by columns.

Frequency refers to the number of times an event or a value occurs.

Relative Frequency of an event is the number of times the event occurs divided by the total number of trials.

The percentages come from dividing the outcome by the total # of students in each category.
For example...24/42= 0.572...so 57.2% of the students who bring lunch, prefer water
