Climate change is already happening. Average global surface temperatures have risen by over 1°C since the late 19th Century. Temperatures will continue to rise between 1.8°C and 4.0°C over the next century. However, the behaviour of individuals, governments and global organisations will have a huge impact on the extent and impact of climate change.
