In National 5 PE, you will complete a portfolio throughout the year.
Section 1 - Understanding factors that impact on your performance.
Section 2 - Planning, developing and implementing approaches to enhance personal performance.
Section 3 - Monitoring, recording and evaluating performance development.

One-off Performance
You will be assessed on two performances in two different activities.
Each performance is worth 30 marks.
You are not limited to the activities we cover in class. Mr Burgoyne will ask you which two activities you'd like to be assessed in, in order to give you the best chance of gaining marks.

One-off Performance
We will look for -
Repertoire of skills (including complex skills), control and fluency, effective decision-making, using and applying composition, tactics or roles safely and effectively, following rules, regulations and etiquette, controlling emotions and working co-operatively with others.
