• Confidence : you believe in your ability to handle a situation

• Clear : the message you have is clear and easy to understand (our feelings, what causes us to feel that way and our hope for the future)

• Controlled : you deliver information in a calm and controlled manner 

By being assertive we should always respect the thoughts, feelings and beliefs of other people 

Assertiveness can help you control stress and anger and improve coping skills

Assertiveness can help you express yourself effectively and stand up for your poin of view, while also respecting the rights and beliefs of others
