As students juggling an array of assignments, after-school activities, family commitments, and potentially work, there is no doubt that you’ve been exposed to, at least implicitly, to the concept of time management. Now, the practice of time management is only as useful as its ability to make your life as a student more organized and less stressful. As a result, it becomes nearly impossible to discuss time management and productivity without first having an understanding of “well-being” and how it varies from person to person.
