So What is an Opinion?
An Opinion is a personal statement / ideas about something.
An Opinion is personal. Other people might not share the opinion. For example:
Andi thinks that ice cream is the best food in the world.
Cecile does not think so. Cecile thinks that French Fried is the best food in the world!

Common ways to share an opinion in English
There are :
I think ... (I think ice cream is the best food ever)
In my opinion, ... (In my opinion, you should go home now)
I feel that ... (I feel that the government has done a great job)
As far as I'm concerned, ...
(As far as I'm concerned, global warming is a danger to the earth)
As I see it, ... (As I see it, the solar flare might disrupt our daily activities)
I reckon .. (I reckon you want to go to the park)
" I think / I feel that, etc., ... + the opinion"

A sample dialogue (Role Play)
Coach : Alright folks, where do you want to go after the match?
Student A : I think I'm gonna go back to my room. I need to sleep.
Student B : In my opinion, we should probably go somewhere to eat.
Student C : I feel that eating after a match is a good idea.
Student A : Whatever, I reckon i will be hungry after the match so let's go.
Student C : As I see it, you are always hungry, A.
Student A : Shaddup, I'm not a glutton like B.
Student B : As far as I am concerned, I don't think that is true.
