​How to get a group started or refocused (the leader/facilitator gives the 'time out' hand sign, and the group models it back to the leader - flat hands stacked on top to make the letter T shape).

​How to help someone around you remember the Social Contract (group member to group member - thumb out).

​How to correct put-downs (used by anyone in the group – foul sign).

Please Note: If a foul is called, it counts. The person fouled is given two 'put-ups' from the person who committed the foul.
