Negative tú commands

are used to tell someone you address with the familiar tú, NOT to do something.

To form the negative tú commands:

1.) Use PRESENT TENSE
YO FORM

​caminar
comer
escribir

​camino
como
escribo

2.) (-ar & -er endings switch)
For -ar verbs, add= -es
For -er & -ir verbs, add= -as

​camines
comas
escribas

3.) Since it is a NEGATIVE command, don't forget NO

​No camines - don't walk
No comas - don't eat
No escribas - don't write
