Based on the color you are when you enter, you will know how many days behind you are. YOU WILL ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE WORK FOR THAT DAY FIRST

Green = All cought up

Yellow = One day behind

Red = 2 days behind

Black = 3 or more days behind
