To convert a decimal to a percent, we just do the opposite of what we did when we converted percents into decimals

When converting fractions to percents, we have basically two methods.
If the denominator is already 100, simply put a % after the numerator
If the denominator is not 100, divide the numerator by the denominator and multiply by 100
