These images allow scientists to see other parts of objects that cannot be seen with a telescope from Earth. Another method to study space is by using space probes ; robotic space crafts that can land and move around on space objects. These robots can be controlled from Earth and can explore the surfaces of objects in space. Technology has allowed scientists to study space with a variety of tools; from objects on the ground to objects in space.
