•The past perfect continuous tense is used to indicate that a continuing action in the past began before the another past action began or interrupted the first action.
•Eg: I had been playing.

subject + had + not + been + verb + ing + object
Eg:-They had not/ hadn’t been dancing on the floor.
Interrogative Structure-
Had + subject + been + verb + ing + object ?
Eg:- Had you been working all night?
Negative Interrogative Structure-
Had + not + subject + been + verb + ing + object?
Eg:- Had not you/hadn’t you been singing a song?
